Dónall Mac Giolla Easpaig, M.A., is the Chief Placenames Officer in the Placenames Branch in the Department of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs (''An Roinn Gnóthaí Pobail, Comhionannais agus Gaeltachta'') in Ireland.
